In Haiti, limited social connections and a highly competitive job market make finding stable employment incredibly difficult for young adults. At Emmaus House, we work hard to bridge that gap. We leverage our deep community ties, local business partnerships, and organizational network to help our youth secure meaningful job placements.

Our focus is on finding positions that offer sustainable, fair incomes where they can utilize their specific skills and training. By walking with them through the interview process and their initial transition into the workforce, we ensure they have the foundation necessary to build a secure, independent career and break the cycle of poverty.
