Follow Up Support

Even after our youth graduate and transition into independent living, they always remain a vital part of the Emmaus House family. We believe that true mentorship doesn't have an expiration date. Our Follow-Up Support program ensures that independent youth are never left to navigate life's challenges entirely on their own.

We walk alongside them through all of life's major milestones—from celebrating weddings and the birth of their children, to offering advice during difficult personal or financial seasons. Because of this lifelong bond, many of our graduates frequently return to Emmaus House to mentor the younger generation, beautifully giving back the same love and guidance they once received.
