Individualized Plans

Every 6 months, youth work with our staff to set measurable goals, each one moving them closer to independence and hope.

Under the guidance of our leadership staff, each youth at Emmaus Houses creates an Individualized Transition Plan (ITP) for their futures based on their skills, interests, and abilities. Youth use these ITPs to map out a plan for independence and write measurable objectives in order to progress towards their personal goals.
