Discipleship

Without a belief that goes beyond their temporal circumstances, orphaned youth in Haiti do not have a lasting hope. Our Spiritual Development program teaches the youth of Emmaus House that they play a vital role in the world and can share the hope they have found in God with others.

Making an Impact

At the heart of our mission is the belief that true transformation begins from within. While we provide essential housing, medical care, and academic support, our Spiritual Program is dedicated to nurturing the inner lives of our youth, helping them build a resilient foundation of hope, purpose, and moral character.

What We Do
We walk alongside our youth to foster personal growth and community connection through:

Character & Moral Leadership: Guiding youth as they explore core values like integrity, empathy, respect, and responsibility, preparing them to be positive leaders in their communities.

Mentorship & Safe Spaces: Offering weekly group reflections, discussions, and one-on-one spiritual mentorship where youth can ask big questions, share their struggles, and find authentic support.

Community & Fellowship: Creating opportunities for shared worship, reflective gatherings, and community service projects that help youth experience the joy of giving back and belonging.

Holistic Healing: Working hand-in-hand with our psychological and medical support teams to provide a peaceful, restorative environment where emotional and spiritual healing go together.
