At Emmaus House, we have reached full capacity. Our staff currently rotates through residential rooms to conduct administrative work, leaving us without dedicated spaces for mission-critical tasks.

The Reality of Overcrowding:
-
Lack of Confidentiality: Counseling and youth therapy sessions lack the confidential, quiet spaces they require.
-
Operational Friction: Constant scheduling conflicts and shared workspaces hinder staff efficiency.
-
Residential Disruption: Administrative activity often spills into residential homes,
impacting the peace of our residents.
Why this building matters
To solve this problem, Emmaus House needs a
dedicated administrative building.
This would:

Protect confidentiality. Support healing.

Create space to welcome more youth.

Strengthen the team that supports them every day.

“Having a work environment that is organized, secure, and where we can be productive will give the staff joy,
Having a place where our youth can focus on their mental health will give them joy. This building will give all of us security and healing and it will be the center of our intelligence.”
